I listed my property for sale with Wellington Barber Real Estate and had planned to sell in the traditional way, but after discussions with Murray I made the decision to list with Openn Negotiation and try my luck with the online auction.  Murray guided me through the whole process, giving me complete confidence that I had made the right decision not only with the auction but with my agent. Murray is an excellent agent who is polite, professional and has excellent knowledge of real estate. Murray's was an incredibly helpful in the sale of our property. This was the first time we have used Murray and we are using him again for the sale of another property which we now have under contract. She follows up on any issues immediately and always communicates with you to let you know what's going on. We are so sad to be leaving Anita but we may see you again one day
