Professional, non pushy and realistic approach to selling houses.


Murray has sold two houses for me know in Perth. We have found him to be very down to earth with realistic market knowledge and advice that resulted in two great results for us. He is very professional, respectful and reliable. He had our best interest at heart and we found him to be very honest person who is easy to deal with. Easily the best person in real estate that we have dealt with.

Murray is an excellent agent who is polite, professional and has excellent knowledge of real estate. Murray's was an incredibly helpful in the sale of our property. This was the first time we have used Murray and we are using him again for the sale of another property which we now have under contract. We will, no doubt be using him again and Wellington Barber Real Estate in the future for all our metropolitan land/property purchases and sales.

She is always so chatty and friendly at inspections and doesn't speak to you like your just a tenant. She follows up on any issues immediately and always communicates with you to let you know what's going on. We are so sad to be leaving Anita but we may see you again one day
